Does Melbear make things up?

Melbear answers from your own records — this customer, this booking, this invoice. When it cannot find the answer in your data it says so rather than inventing one. It is not there to be clever; it is there to be right.

Who is Melbear for — my team, or my customers?

Your team. Melbear is built for the people running the business: the owner, the manager, the person on the front desk. It takes the searching, drafting, summarising and chasing off their hands. It is not a bot answering your customers on your behalf.

Can Melbear write my SEO, my posts and my brand copy?

It drafts them, and it drafts them knowing your services, your prices and your busiest days — which is more than a generic AI writing tool starts with. If you want the work done properly rather than drafted, the same jobs are in the services catalogue and the Melbarrel team does them. You can use one, the other, or both: draft it with Melbear, hand it to us to finish.

Can Melbear post to my social accounts?

Not yet. Connecting Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn directly to your account is in development. Today Melbear drafts the posts and captions, and the Melbarrel social media service publishes and manages them for you if you want that.

Can Melbear do things without asking me?

Only what you switch on. Automation runs on rules you set — reminders, follow-ups, overdue chasing — and everything it does is logged. Nothing is sent, changed or deleted on your behalf unless you allowed that specific thing.

Is my data used to train an AI model?

No. Melbarrel does not use your business data to train any model, and your data is never shared with other tenants. Your records are used to answer your questions, and for nothing else.

What does Melbear cost?

Melbear is included in every paid Melbarrel plan. There is no separate AI subscription and no per-message charge. Higher plans unlock more capable models for the harder work.

Do I need to know how to prompt an AI?

No. Ask in the words you would use with a colleague — "who has not paid me", "draft a reminder for tomorrow's appointments", "summarise this customer". If Melbear needs something it does not have, it asks.
